full Residential Title Examinations include the following
information:
- Name
of current titleholder – With a copy of vesting deed.
- All
liens of record, including, but not limited to Security Deeds,
Tax Liens, Fifas, Materialmen's Liens. With copies of pertinent
documents/pages.
- Notice
of Divorce and/or Probate proceedings.
- Current
tax information.
- All
easements of record including protective covenants.
- All
recorded plat exceptions.
- All
documented title defects.
