All full Residential Title Examinations include the following information:

• Name of current titleholder – With a copy of vesting deed.
• All liens of record, including, but not limited to Security Deeds, Tax Liens, Fifas, Materialmen's Liens. With copies of pertinent documents/pages.
• Notice of Divorce and/or Probate proceedings.
• Current tax information.
• All easements of record including protective covenants.
• All recorded plat exceptions.
• All documented title defects.
